Ken is a graduate of Metropolitan State Collage and has his degree in finance and economics. After graduating Ken worked in the Mutual Fund industry with Janus Funds. Ken worked for Janus Funds as and with various Financial Institutions before stumbling into the mortgage industry. “After my first week I knew this is what I wanted to do”

Ken started on the ground floor of the mortgage business back in 1993 as a loan processor/assistant, and from 1994 to 1998 worked solely as a Loan Originator. In 2000, Ken and his current business partner originated, processed, underwrote, closed, funded 425 loans, totaling well over $100 million in volume.

Ken is an active originator and decided to start Inform Mortgage with his former business partner in 1999. “We wanted to make some serious changes to the way that the Mortgage Industry interacts with their client’s and business partners. To do that, we had to draw on our extensive expertise and knowledge in the Industry. Buying and owning a home is not rocket science, but the traditional method is confusing, and overly complicated. We at Inform Mortgage are out to change all that. We are reshaping the home buying experience and putting you in control of your own investment, making it less frustrating and maybe even enjoyable”.
